TrvActionPageSetup uses RVPrint defined in property of RVAControlPanel.

Actually, RVAControlPanel provides access to the set of global variables.

So changes in any instance of RVAControlPanel affect all other instances. It

does not make sense to have more than one RVAControlPanel.
