Yes

1) Browser (Internet Explorer) copies the selection in several formats,

including HTML and RTF. RTF can be pasted in RichView by default (but many

formatting attributes may be lost)

2) You can use RvHTMLImporter (LoadFromClipboard method). It is supported in

RichViewActions ("Paste Special" action), see
