For TrvActionIndentDec, leftmargin is passed as Command parameter.

This parameter corresponds to UserData parameter of

RichView.ApplyStyleConversion/OnStyleConversion, i.e. it is not used by

RichView itself, it is used by caller application (by the action, in this

case)
