Preview without Printer

Hi Sergey,

Is there any way to generate a *paint* of an RVEdit _including_ header and

footer without having a printer attached?

I know there's RVReportHelper but I've not found a way to make this support

header and footer RVEdits like the RVPrint component.

It would be good if RVPrint had support for a screen DC and perhaps events

for passing in PageHeight and PageWidth if printer was not assigned?
