If this happens only with PDF printing, the most probably that the problem

is in this PDF printer driver.

May be it reports different parameters before and after the first printing.

May be you set some its parameters and they are applied on printing?

Where can I get this PDF printer driver? May be I'll be able to find a

workaround.
