ReportBuilder, RichView and PDF

Has anyone here been able to get RichView going with Report Builder and the

Waler ExtraDevices? I have a web app (ISAPI) which is generating a report to

PDF format. If the report does not have any RichView components on it then

all goes fine. However, if it does have RichView components, the first

request to the report goes as expected (a PDF version of the report is

returned) but all subsequent requests to the ISAPI after that point result

in a timeout, until I restart Internet Information Server (and thus the

ISAPI)...

So the combination of RichView, ReportBuilder and the Waler ExtraDevices

appears to be hanging my ISAPI. Maybe this is a fairly particular

situation - does anyone else have any experience with this? It's a bit of a

bummer, it's the primary reason I was going to use RichView.
