resizing tables proportionally

Is there a way to automatically enlarge (or shrink) a table by a certain

percentage, and have the cells grow (or shrink) proportionally as well? (I

also need any tables inside the cells to resize as well)

If i just resize the table then the cells may not keep the same width

proportions when i am making the table smaller.

I tried looping through the table, and modifying the BestWidth property and

BestHeight directly, but I find that the BestHeight property sometimes has

the value 0, and I'm not sure what to do in that case.

What is the best way to do this?
