1) Do not include rvActionResource datamodule (dmActions.pas) directly in

your project. Create its copy and add it in your project instead

2) Make sure that this datamodule is created BEFORE any form that uses it. I

guess that rvActionsResource is not created yet when your code is executed.

Choose menu Project | Options, tab Forms. Make sure that this datamodule is

in the list of Auto-created forms, and that it is higher in this list than

any form that uses it.
