Hi there,

I got this problem to go away by clicking No instead of Yes. It seemed

counter-intuitive, but it worked; I guess it was trying to load the same

stuff twice for some reason, and clicking No removed the second attempt.

After that, both old and new projects open fine without errors.

My experience suggests that this problem is completely reproducible --

it happens reliably, no matter how many times you go through the

install, and whatever you do -- and clicking No for those projects which

give the error message always seems to fix it. This might be added to

the install documentation, pending discovery of a real fix.

(Also using D2005 Pro, with Update 3.)

Hope this helps,

Martin
