There are 3 possible reasons for the problem.

1) Make sure that you use RVHtml v0.0017

Previous versions did not process &#nnnn; codes correctly.

2 and 3 - characters may be lost (converted to '?') if they are not present

in the code page used by conversion

2) RvHtml (0.0017) uses RVStyle.DefCode page for this conversion. By

default, this is 0 - CP_ACP, system default code page.

If you want to import Western text regardless of the system language, you

must use 1251. If you want to import Russian text, the value must be 1251;

Greek - 1253.

3) In the current version of RV, that procedure (ToUnicode) uses system

default code page for conversion (if text charset is DEFAULT_CHARSET;

otherwise a code page associated with the charset is used)

After the next update of TRichView, it will use RVStyle.DefCodePage.
