If this is the only contents of RichViewEdit:

rve.SetSelectionBounds(0, 9, 0, 14);

rve.Invalidate;

where

0 - index of item (if there is only one item, it has index 0; otherwise -

items are indexed from 0 to ItemCount-1)

9 - index of the first character in the word 'prima';

14 - index of the first character after the word 'prima';
