Tab-stops are not supported yet. They are planned, but not for near future.

As for ruler which can change indents of paragraphs... I do not know, may be

I'll do it soon, may be not.

I know some users have their (may be not perfect) implementations of rulers

for RichView.

May be they'll share them...
