I find where exactly I have the crash :

in RVTable.pas,

procedure TD.Loaded;

begin

  inherited;

  dec(FCellCount);

  if FCellCount=0 then

    FRVTableSW.Free;

end; // HERE when FRVTableSW.Free

if I do this, no crash:

procedure TD.Loaded;

begin

  inherited;

  dec(FCellCount);

  //if FCellCount=0 then

    //FRVTableSW.Free;

end;
