Set Cell.BestHeight greater than the height of cell content

Width of column is always a width of its widest cell (taking into account

its BestWidth property and width of its content).

But width of text is not taken into account (with exception of paragraphs

with No-Wrap option). Only width of pictures, controls, etc.

But if some paragraph in cell has rvpaoNoWrap in Options, column is always

wide enough to display it without wrapping.
