Do you use Unicode encoding?

- assign Unicode property of all text styles RVStyle.TextStyles[] (or text

styles what you'll use for Kazakh) to True;

- assign RichView.RTFReadProperties.UnicodeMode = rvruOnlyUnicode

What's exactly the problem with characters?

- they are replaced with '?'

- they are replaced with characters from another language

- they are replaced with another character (rectangle)
