Printing problem with landscape pages

Hi;
We used your richactions as an editor (with modified). We change the documents page layout and margins. The docs are seen at the editor and print preview normally. But when printing (the page layout is landscape) documents are printing at portrait with scaling. (the documents original size is A4, margins 20,20,20,20 mm, page layout landscape, zoom %100)
How can I solve this problem ?
