Copy/Paste shortcut does not work in "Find" and "Replace" dialogs

When I paste text from clipboard (Ctrl+V) in "Find" or "Replace" dialogs then copied text is inserted in the main editor window.
The same problem with other keyboard shortcuts (for example, Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X and etc) and I think in all popup dialogs.
You can reproduce this error in ActionTest demo project.
