CPU usage recording

Hi,

I'm using RVCamera along with RVCamRecorder to record the desktop. The output files gets saved locally in 10 minute increments. CPU usage is high which is understandable but I wasn't wondering if you have any recommendations to improve on this without immediately resorting to hardware upgrades?

You can lower video quality settings. Probably they are higher than the source quality, that makes no sense.
For example, consider lowing the recorder's VideoFramePerSec and VideoBitrate.
