TableGrid lines projecting when exported

Attach is a png of a simple 2x2 grid and the RTF output of the same using SaveRTF. The displayed grid (png) looks fine, but when the exported RTF is rendered in Word or something similar, the grid lines seem to project. Is there anyway to correct this? Using latest TRichView/ScaleRichView (17.6.2_8.5.1) but issue was initially reported to us in earlier version from 2015.

Sorry, I am not sure that I understand the problem.
Please attach this document in RVF format.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Grid.rvf is a simple 2x2 grid showing the issue. It and the Grid.rtf file were saved using the TCustomRichView.SaveRVF/RTF functions from within our program. Grid2.rtf was generated but opening Grid.rvf using "..\Demos\Delphi\Editors\Editor 1\RVEditDemo.exe" and then saving as RTF. The grid looks find when rendered on screen. However, if saved to RTF or "printed" to PDF the grid lines project beyond the boundaries of the table as shown here
