Parsers v1.15 for several spell checkers

Set of parsers for several spell checkers, v1.15

New in version 15:
new: property DialogShown specifies if a spelling check dialog has been shown during the last spelling check (for all parsers, except for Polar's one)
impr: parsers skip hidden text (if rvoShowHiddenText is not included in RichViewEdit.Options)
New in version 14:
new: In HunSpell, new DllDir property. If not empty, specifies the path (without a file name) to hunspelldll.dll. If empty, the dll is searched in the application directory and in %PATH%.
impr: in ExpressSpell parser.
