Too dark icons

I'm trying to include an editor in a larger program.
I'm using the Unit3Unicode.pas unit as a base, this unit is included in the project.
I plan to modify it in some ways, for example, using a PageControl. So I can use multiple files at the same time.
But when I run the program, the icons look very dark. I've been trying for a few days to get them to display their original color, but I can't to get.
They appear correctly at design time.

Open Project | Options.
The page Application | Manifest.
Make sure that "Manifest file" = "Auto Generate" and "Enable Runtime Themes" is checked.
