Sorry, I never tried TextAloud.
TRichView supports all the standard text-related messages that accessibility and text-to-speech tools can use to read its content.
However, to do it, these tools must understand that they can work with TRichView window like with a standard Edit window. It may require a tool configuration, if it is possible at all.
