No video

I have currently an issue with RVMedia 9.1 on 2 windows computers with integrated webcam. The webcam itself is deteced, as I can select it. As well I am able to choose the resolution. But as soon as I am activating the camera, nothing happens (no video - see attachment "23-09-_2022_08-46-50.png") . Have as well activated the logfile - attached you will find one of it ({adsads-asdasd-asdads}.cam.txt).
The webcam itself works. Have tested it over webcamtests (see attachment "23-09-_2022_08-51-09.png").
I need to get it running. Could you please help me?
