Wrapper v1.26.1 for ReportBuilder 9-21

A new version of wrapper for Report Builder (reporting components developed by Digital Metaphors) is included in the setup of TRichView 20.5.1.
The wrapper implements two objects that can be inserted in reports: ppRichView and ppDBRichView.
This update implements text search in report preview.
TRichView Setup installs the wrapper automatically if ReportBuilder 17+ is already installed.
It can also install the wrapper in Report Builder 9-16, but it requires changes in the INC file. See <TRichView Dir>\ThirdParty\ReportBuilder\readme.txt
