Hi
i am currently using trichedit98 for my program(some wrappers around richedit2),and when i set language correctly it also displays arabic/persian fonts correctly in win98se/winme(without installing any rabic fonts and so)
(i dont know why but anyway it works)

does trichview also shows correctly arabic texts?
(in win98 bidi is not implemented so texts contaning english shows wrongly but plain arabic text is ok..i can just change the justification and they look ok)

regards

Sorry, no. TRichView requires bidi support to be installed in Windows.
So RTL text is arranged correctly only in Middle East versions of Win9x, or in NT-based systems with installed support of RTL scripts.
And Unicode RTL text is arranged correctly only in NT-bases systems.
