We plan to release read-only footnotes in March.
We will try to implement editing for them as well, but it is much more complicated.

This week will be updated for Skin SRVControls.

We are sorry for delay in this work, but it appeared to be more complicated as expected, plus we had to fix several bugs in ScaleRichView, which is a higher priority work.
We need one more week, maximum two, to release footnotes.
