150% scaling restriction?

I've downloaded trial version of ScaleRichView. The demo ActionTest does not allow to scale more than 150%. I've downloaded precompiled version of ActionTest demo. Everything works fine in it. Up to 500%
What's wrong with my version? Is this a trial restriction?
I'm using Delphi 2007.
