RVCamera VCL SetCamVideoMode issue

Hello,
I am using RVMedia VCL 7.1.1 and I am getting issue using RVCamera SetCamVideoMode,
I have webcam with 4 video mode (1920x1080, 640x360, 640x480, 1280x768),
when I select with SetCamVideoMode(2) the result is video 1920x1080.
I tried with all indexes from 1 to 3 and result is alway the same.
Any suggestions?
