The function allows for actions inherited from TrvCustomEditAction working with additional editor types.

This function is a default value of RVA_EditorControlFunction variable.

It allows working with:

•TCustomEdit (TEdit, TMemo, TRichEdit and others);

•TComboBox (having csDropDown or csSimple style).
