I have test your Activetest.ocx, it will product av error:

first step:

  open your test page in ie(first ie).

second step:

  click those menuitem: file->new->window to open a new window(second ie)

third step:

  close the first ie.

fourth step:

  repeat the second step in the second ie

  then it will product a av error.
