Ok, in the next update these actions will have 2 new public properties:

TopLeft: TPoint

UseTopLeft: Boolean (default: False)

If you set UseTopLeft=True, the color panel will be shown at TopLeft instead

of the mouse position.

TopLeft must contain screen coordinates.
