This problem is partially solved in the last version for registered users

(MS Word understands table alignment in RTF files saved by TRichView), and

will be completely solved in the next update.

PS: This warning is always shown when saving in formats other than RVF.

You can suppress it for RTF by excuding ffeRTF from LostFormatWarning

property of TrvActionSave.
