Changing images when pasting from clipboard

When I insert an image using "InsertPicture", I resize some images to a standard

size. I'd like to resize the images which are pasted from the clipboard to

RichView also. (Using CTRL-C for copying to the clipboard from MS Word en

using CTRL-P for pasting from the clipboard in RichView)

Do I have to use the OnPaste method??

Do you have a solution?
