You can set the keep-with-next option both for the header and for the empy

line after it.

(or you can make a large value of paragraph.SpaceAfter instead of making

empty lines after headers).


There is no widow/orphan control: you can only specify to keep all

paragraph's lines on the same page. But if you mean 3 different lines = 3

paragraphs, and and the first and the second of them are one line, you can

simply set keep-with-next option for them (for the first and the second

paragraph)
