I use the richviewactions and thus dynamic styles. Now when a new field is

started, there are no styles present and thus no e.g. Bold style so Ctrl-B

does not insert the style so you can use it. But after the popup menu has

selected Bold and text is actually bold, then Ctrl-B also emboldens

selectted text.

How would I go about making Ctrl-B work the same way? i.e. insert the style

as well as use it?
