I was planning on using the tags of controls embedded in RV for reference

purposes, but found that RV is using them. A component should never use the

tag of another unless it is wholly owned and maintained by it. The user

should have control of the tag of any component he has access to.

But dont let that be a distraction from the bullets and header & footers or

someone will have to post a eulogy for Bil ;(
