Two things that can cause exception on Clear (most likely):

- inaccurate work with images (each image inserted in RichView must be

an unique graphic object)

- inaccurate work with tags in tags-are-pchars mode (each non-nil tag must

be an unique string allocated with StrNew or StrAlloc).
