How Do I give Delphi Coders CSS Includes?

We are beginning to roll out Delphi apps with TRichview components on our

Intranet. How do I give the Delphi Coders the stock Corporate CSS stylesheet

files for linking into their apps so that our internal apps on the Intranet

have the default corporate look?
