Inheriting Control

I inherited the control so that I could enbed the style object in. But it

does not work. so I

removed the styple control so that it would be more or less the same control

still would

not edit, even with the style control on the form and assigning it to the

control.

I found the actioncontrol object has a defaultcontrol property of type

tcustomrichview o

something like that, well it would not list this inherited control. And

hence none of

the actions would work with this control....

The new control was placed in a new package

I really do not know what is going on.

Any ideas

ps i am using delphi 6 ver of control 1.6 something
