Yes, ItemCount is not a line count. Text item can be placed on several lines

(because of wrapping), and several items can be on the same line.

Solution:

rv.GetLineNo(rv.ItemCount-1, rv.GetOffsAfterItem(rv.ItemCount-1))

This code requires the latest version of RichView.
