Some observations on lists:

The decimal list begins with 0 - shouldn't it be 1?

In lists.txt, the FormatString is specified as '%d.' - this bombs out, but

'%s.' works (format value type is varAnsiString)

ParaStyle indents are ignored - shouldn't any list indents be applied in

addition to these instead?

The lists implementation is certainly very thorough!
