Loading texts with empty lines

I have a problem with subject. I try to save doc like this:

"line 1

line 2"

and when I load it using LoadText function I receive:

"

line1

line2

"

I use default TRVStyle and TRichViewEdit.

Where I'm wrong? Why I have an empty line as first item?
