I cannot reproduce this problem.

I ran the ActionTest demo, clicked on the first image, right clicked, chose

"Hypertext Link...", entered URL http://www.trichview.com.

Now, when I ctrl+click this image, a browser opens and shows

http://www.trichview.com.
