This example shows how to use RVReportHelper for drawing page header in

RVPrint.OnPagePrepaint.

This example draws the same header for all pages, but it can be easily

modified to draw different headers: fill RVReportHelper in and format it

directly in RVPrint.OnPagePrepaint event.

This example assumes that all headers have the same height.

If you need headers with different heights, you need to use RVReportHelper

for drawing not only header but also the main document.
