No, there is no such option.

TRichView always creates RTF color table containing 16 standard colors + all

colors necessary for fonts, list markers, tables, paragraphs

borders/backgrounds, horizontal lines.

Removing the color table means making modification in many places to remove

all references to it.

Well, may be I can make it, but why it may be needed?
