rv action bullet customization

As I know, after inserting a bullet into the rv editor then increase the

indent the bullet will change its style at different level which follows the

bullet customization. How to apply the same style of bullet for all level by

default? I don't know how it keeps all the bullets setting after customize

by users. But I take the ini for example, if user setting does not found

then it will use a default setting in which the setting is decide by me.
