rvoFastFormatting sometimes not so fast

Just an FYI,

rvoFastFormatting may be fast when you have one document with many

different styles, but if you are loading many documents that have

relatively few styles, then it slows down loading DRAMATICALLY. At

least by a factor of 3. I think the overhead of requesting the extra

GDI objects from windows exceeds the speed enhancement of having a GDI

object per style.

Turning it off really helped.
