Controls are not saved in HTML automatically.

You need to process OnSaveComponentToFile event, save image and return HTML

code to insert in HTML in place of control.

But I would recommend to use native RichView support of images instead of

inserting them via controls.

Insert pictures in editor with InsertPicture method.

In this way, pictures will be saved in HTML automatically.
