Hi Sergey,

Do you expect that you will adjust it in the future so that the scrollbar

behaves in the same way even for TRichViewEdit and TRichView? The problem

is when somebody is preparing documents in TRichViewEdit and then shows them

using TRichView. The documents wrap differently.
