Selection behaviour after adding text and Format()

Hi.

RichView seems to keep the selection after adding text via AddTextNL(...) and

the execution of Format().

But if i press the right mouse button to call a popup menu sometimes(!!)

the selection is deleted.

Can anybody explain this behaviour?
